Makin' a Difference Merchandise Exchanges and Returns

For makinadifference.com on-line purshases:
We realize that purchasing clothes on-line limits the senses, that you can not feel or see how the item fits. Therefore, we do our best to reduce the risk of your on-line purchase as much as possible. For returns, we will reimburse both the cost of the item and all inbound regular USPS (regular U.S. mail) shipping charges to Makin' a Difference. For exchanges we will pay for the outbound shipping charges of the new item.

Exchanging - We will exchange your item immediately upon your request and bill accordingly. You will be credited once the item to be exchanged has been received. New outbound shipping charges will be paid by Makin' a Difference. If you would like to avoid the new credit charges and prefer to send the item to be exchanged and wait longer to receive the new item, that can be arranged also. Returns - We must receive the returned merchandise prior to you receiving credit. For any defective items we will pay shipping charges to (inbound) and from (outbound) Makin' a Difference. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed for exchanges or returns that are not defective. To return an item please e-mail us at info@makinadifference.com or call 207 625-4525.

Items returned for credit after 60 days will be issued a Makin' a Difference gift certificate.

Returned gift items will be credited with a Makin' a Difference gift certificate of the same value. An original purchase receipt must accompany the returned item.

The above policy is for on-line purchases only. If you purchased a product through our store or another retail outlet please contact the store directly.
