Free Shipping
Shipping is included in the price. However, for some products faster Standard shipping may also be available for a fee. Included in the shipping times below is the production time which is generally 1 to 3 days. As our business grows, we will offer express shipping options.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Our Free Economy shipping orders sometimes take longer than Standard shipping and range anywhere from 4 to 15 days. Standard shipping orders range from 2 - 9 days. Processing days excludes weekends and holidays and begin after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We are not responsible for postal service problems outside of our control.

We offer Economy and Standard flat rate shipping within the United States. Prices are subject to change with carrier rate changes, and we will do our best to update this policy as this occurs. See chart below for more details on flat shipping. Shipping charges can be viewed at checkout prior to completing order.

At this time, we do not offer an express shipping option.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to Canada. See shipping rate calculated at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Makin’ a Difference is not responsible for these charges if they are applied: these are your responsibility as a customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@makinadifference.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
